By accessing or using the Cloudtale Hytale server network ("Service"), including our website at cloudtale.net and game servers accessible at play.cloudtale.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cloudtale operates multiplayer game servers for Hytale, featuring game modes including PvP, Battle Royale, Skyblock, Wave Survival, FFA Shooter, and SMP. The Service also includes a companion website with player statistics, leaderboards, news, and community features.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Follow all server rules as outlined on our Rules page
• Not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Not harass, bully, or engage in toxic behavior toward other players
• Not attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not impersonate staff members or other players

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Cloudtale is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

In-game coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. Purchases of ranks or cosmetics are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify virtual economies at any time.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or restrict access to the Service for violations of these terms or server rules. Bans may be appealed through our appeal process. Moderation decisions are made at the discretion of our staff team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Cloudtale, including but not limited to game configurations, website design, and branding, is the property of Cloudtale. Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. Cloudtale is an independent community server and is not affiliated with Hypixel Studios.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloudtale shall not be liable for any loss of data, virtual items, or interruption of service. We do not guarantee uptime or availability of any game server.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced through our news system or Discord server.
