Launch Hytale and go to Multiplayer. Add a new server with the address: play.cloudtale.net. Click connect and you'll join our Hub server!

You earn coins by playing games! Get kills in PvP and Shooter, win Battle Royale matches, survive waves in Wave Survival, and more. Daily login bonuses and events also reward coins.

Coins can be spent at in-game shops for cosmetics like titles and accessories, special items, rank upgrades, and more. Use /cosmetics in-game to browse the shop or visit our Cosmetics page.

Yes! Your coins, ranks, cosmetics, and friends list are shared across all Cloudtale servers. Game-specific stats (kills, wins, etc.) are tracked per game mode.

Go to the Skyblock server through the portal or server selector. Your island is automatically created when you first join. Use /island to manage your island settings, invite friends, and more.

Yes! Use /island invite [player] to send an invitation. Your friends can accept and become members of your island. Use /island members to manage who has access.

Use /report [player] [reason] in-game to report rule-breakers. For serious issues or to provide evidence, contact staff on our Discord server.

Ban appeals can be submitted through our Discord server. Provide your username, the reason you were banned, and why you believe the ban should be lifted. Appeals are reviewed by senior staff.

If you find a bug, please report it on our Discord server in the #bug-reports channel. Include as much detail as possible: what happened, steps to reproduce, and any screenshots or videos. Do not exploit bugs - report them!
